We specialise in the installation and maintenance of air source heat pumps, as well as heat loss assessments and EPCs for customers across London, Essex and Suffolk.
With over a decade’s experience, we offer our customers the solutions they need to curb energy wastage at home and optimise indoor temperatures throughout the year. Each of our builds is unique, and having originated in the domestic market, we value our smaller clients just as much as our larger ones.

Levi Draycott
Managing Director
Levi established TLC back in 2008, with the acronym TLC being made up from his and his children’s names. He began in the industry by working under his father as a plumber and multi-trader and gained vast building knowledge and experience over nearly 20 years. He has since set up his company and accumulated a number of finished projects in his time as Managing Director.
